We can’t swap your goodies over for cashola just because you’ve changed your mind, sorry. Everything happens for a reason, you were meant to have those gorgeous earrings / that OTT statement necklace / that pretty little bangle. Embrace it, and keep living spontaneously you wild- hearted thing!
Did your order arrive not up to scratch? We are so incredibly sorry to hear that- please let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll look after you.
Doesn’t quuuiiiite fit? No worries*- let us know and we’ll swap it over, you’ll just have to shout the return postage so we can sort it out but you’ll have your dream bit of jewellery in no time.
*Except in the case of earrings, which go in your skin- those are yours now x
Refund & Return Policy
(we’re pretty sure that when you get your hands on your ByJem goodies, you’d never dream of sending them back- but just in case something isn’t quite right, here’s the nitty gritty)
We embrace spontaneity and living as a wild-heart, and we also believe that everything happens for a reason. In light of this, we don’t offer refunds on a change-of-mind basis. We can exchange your item if you absolutely cannot understand why you would have picked it (it’s more fun to blame midday cocktails than anything else), you’ll just have to pay for return postage and wait patiently by the letterbox for your actual dream bit of jewellery to arrive.
The same as above goes for items that don’t quite fit.
Both of the above exclude earrings- they go in your skin, and we’re big fans of hygiene; just give yourself time to fall in love with those babies, because they’re yours now.
If your order isn’t up to scratch (we’re talking broken, dented or otherwise damaged, not free-of- hundreds-of-diamonds) then please let us know within seven days of getting your hot little hands of it and we’ll look after you. We pride ourselves on beautiful jewellery and the happiest of customers x
Refunds / Returns
(We know what you’re thinking- how could I ever want to return or get a refund on anything ByJem? It’s a crazy thought, but just in case you’re struck by it we’ll run through the terms in full.)
We don’t offer refunds on a change-of-mind basis. Some of the best things in life are born out of spontaneity, embrace the peculiarity of past-you’s decisions and feel yourself fall in love.
If you absolutely must swap them for something else or the sizing isn’t quite right, let us know asap and we’ll take care of you- you’ll just have to look after return postage. Earrings are excluded from this, for hygiene reasons, so once they’re yours they’re yours.
If your order reaches you in less-than-perfect condition, please get in touch within seven days of receiving your goodies and we’ll sort it out.
Postage within Australia is $5.00 for all orders under $50.00. Postage is sent via Australia Post and is assigned with an individual tracking number. Orders over $50.00 receive free postage. This method takes 2-7 business days to arrive.
Express postage is also available which is $10.00 for all orders under $80.00 and free for orders over $80.00.
International orders have a flat rate of $30.00 and are sent through Registered International Post. All parcels receive their own tracking numbers and can take up to 6 business days to be received. If your order totals more than $50.00 AUD postage is $15.00. If your order totals over $100, postage is on the house!
